1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ASOForge AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ASOForge AI provides AI-powered App Store Optimization tools including metadata generation, keyword research, rank tracking, competitor analysis, review intelligence, and app localization services.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

ASOForge AI offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans are subject to usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
  • Abuse API rate limits or scrape data excessively
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The metadata, keywords, and content generated by our AI tools are provided for your use. You retain full ownership of any content you create using our Service. ASOForge AI retains ownership of the underlying technology, algorithms, and platform.

7. Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate App Store data, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. App Store rankings, keyword data, and review analyses are approximations and should be used as guidance, not absolute truth.

8. Limitation of Liability

ASOForge AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or app ranking changes.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
